Model II

The Model II is the more decoratively appointed Hendricks Banjo. It has all the same features as the Model I with the additions of fancy curly maple for the neck and resonator and lots of inlay in the peghead (along with the Hendricks banner) and in the traditional inlay positions on the fingerboard.

Choices you have when ordering a Model II to be built for you are: the fingerboard and peghead inlays cut from either MOP or red abalone, the color/staining of the curly maple, one of three choices of peghead inlay design, and either violin purfling or one of the three marketry bandings under all ivoriod bindings. The extra cost options available on the Model II allow it to develop into the most tastefully decorated banjo you could desire. Options include such items as hand carved heel and peghead back, hand engraved metal parts, 24kt. gold plating, tree of life vine on the fingerboard, and many others.

Below are some examples of the Model II.
